Michigan Heritage Bank (MHB) is a state-chartered commercial bank established in March of 1997. The bank was capitalized through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of stock in Michigan Heritage Bancorp, Inc., the parent company. The stock is publicly traded over the counter and our symbol is MHBC.
